Ensora Health is seeking an RCM Specialist II to support behavioral health providers in managing accounts and resolving complex billing challenges. The role centers on accurate claims submission, denial resolution, and proactive AR management.

The successful candidate will work with clinicians and practice owners, leveraging analytics and billing systems to improve cash flow and customer outcomes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Competenze

Requires an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience.
Strong understanding of insurance billing and behavioral health reimbursement processes.
Familiarity with claims submission, denial management, and AR follow-up.

Mansioni

Submit, review, correct, and process denied or unpaid insurance claims with accuracy and timely resolution.
Research claim issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload by age, complexity, and urgency.
Own the accounts receivable process for assigned accounts and monitor performance.
Partner with clinicians and customers to provide proactive account management and service.
