Job summary

Coastal is seeking an Associate Director (RCG) to lead strategic advisory and multi-cloud Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations for Retail & Consumer Goods clients in the US. You will drive end-to-end delivery, executive relationships, and account growth, while guiding cross-functional teams through complex TPM and route-to-market initiatives.

You will also shape engagement strategies, contribute to pre-sales, and mentor high-performing teams to ensure high-margin, on-time client

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or digital transformation in RCG/CPG sectors.
• Strong go-to-market, retail execution, TPM, and distributor models.
• 5+ years delivering Salesforce/CRM projects.
• Experience growing trusted-advisor relationships with customers.
• PM experience incl. proposals, contracts, pricing, risk, staffing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for a portfolio of RCG clients and executives.
• Lead cross-functional teams from pre-sales to end-to-end Salesforce CGC deployments.
• Oversee SOWs, budgeting, staffing, and delivery governance.
• Drive TPM, field sales optimization and route-to-market strategies.
• Lead proposal development, RFPs, pitches, and pricing discussions.
• Mentor consultants and develop RCG accelerators and assets.
