Redwood Family Care Network seeks an RCFE Home Administrator in Santa Rosa, CA to oversee daily operations of adult residential homes and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for residents 60+. The role requires collaborating with the Administrator to implement policies and maintain compliance with California regulations.

The position involves supervising staff, managing finances, and coordinating with licensing agencies, Regional Center, and day programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of RCFE homes in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Supervise staff including coaching and performance management; recruit and hire.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures while ensuring CCR Title 17 compliance.
• Maintain resident and facility records per CCR Title 17 requirements.
• Coordinate with agencies and service providers as needed.
• Schedule, train, and manage staff; participate in ID team meetings.
• Manage program costs, supplies, utilities, and labor.
