Redwood Family Care Network in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an experienced RCFE Home Administrator to oversee daily operations of adult residential homes and ensure high-quality supports for adults 60+. This on-site, full-time role partners with the Administrator to implement policies and maintain compliance with California regulations.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, budgeting, coordination with regional centers, and ensuring resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising individuals with developmental disabilities who have behavioral needs.
• ARF Certificate, DSP I and II, RBT, CPR/First Aid certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of RCFE homes in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Supervise staff, coach, counsel, discipline, and manage performance; recruit and hire as needed.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures; ensure CCR Title 17 compliance.
• Maintain client and facility records per CCR Title 17 requirements; review and submit quarterly progress reports.
• Engage with service providers and agencies; facilitate ID team meetings and family communication.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; manage finances for each home; perform related duties.
