This full-time, on-site role requires ARF, DSP I/II, RBT, CPR/First Aid certifications and a strong focus on staff supervision, budgeting, and family communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Some college preferred.
• At least 2 years of direct supervision experience with individuals who have behavioral needs.
• Certifications: ARF, DSP I, DSP II, RBT, CPR/First Aid are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of RCFE homes in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Supervise and coach staff; recruit, hire, and train new employees.
• Maintain client and facility files in compliance with CCR Title 17 and CCR regulations.
• Prepare quarterly progress reports and coordinate with agencies and service providers.
