The successful candidate will have 2–4 years in long-term care as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active Nursing Home Administrator license.

Salary Range: $100k-$130k per year

As the RCFE Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards and regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. You will also be responsible for creating an environment that engages and motivates staff to give their best each day while providing the highest level of care.
