Celina Health Care Center, now under new management, is seeking compassionate Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our team in Celina, Ohio.

As an RCA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, serve meals, and respond to urgent situations with calm, empathetic care. You will protect patient confidentiality and work with nursing staff to provide quality, dignified care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed

• Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff

• Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs

• Serve meals to patients

• Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication

• Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support

• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
