As a Resident Care Aide, you will assist with daily living activities, hygiene, vital signs, mobility, meals, and urgent care collaboration, while upholding HIPAA confidentiality and delivering empathetic, patient care.

• Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed
• Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff

• Serve meals to patients
• Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication
• Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
