Celina Health Care Center, now under new management, is seeking compassionate Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our team in Celina, Ohio.

As an RCA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, serve meals, and respond to urgent situations with calm, empathetic care. You will protect patient confidentiality and work with nursing staff to provide quality, dignified care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).

• Support patient mobility and safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs.
• Serve meals to patients.
• Assist in urgent care situations with calm, quick thinking and clear communication.
• Engage with residents with empathetic, individualized support.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
