The Legacy House at Richmond Heights is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide to join our caring team. You will provide personalized support, companionship, and help with activities of daily living to residents in a warm, home-like environment.

The ideal candidate is caring, patient, and reliable, with a strong sense of empathy. You will work closely with nursing staff to maintain dignity and privacy, document observations, and help create a safe, comfortable living experience for seniors.

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed
• Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff
• Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs
• Serve meals to patients
• Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication
• Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
