Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, with a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow. The role involves home, school, and community-based sessions, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, and collecting data to track progress.

The position requires an active RBT certification, experience with children in related settings, a high school diploma, and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
