Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions are available with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, record progress data, engage with families, and participate in ongoing professional development. Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
