Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA and tracking progress.

Flexible scheduling and potential travel locally are offered, with benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
