Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles that can grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA supervisor and collecting data to monitor progress.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, has experience in ABA or related fields, and is willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Assist BCBA in implementing treatment plans and data collection.
• Record progress data and communicate with families and clinical team.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
