Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to track progress.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA-related fields, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology/education/related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
