Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health, located in McAdenville, NC, is looking for passionate individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends required, and gain invaluable experience in a supportive clinic-based environment. Qualifications

• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and responding quickly to movement.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days with paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Create engaging learning environments for children.
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team.
