Kind Behavioral Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to children in a supportive, clinic-based environment in Durham, NC. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, competitive hourly rates from $16.50 to $24.00, and includes benefits such as health insurance and paid training. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be reliable, and be willing to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willing to obtain in 90 days).
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required.
• Ability to think on your feet and create a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
