Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our Georgia-based team. You will implement ABA strategies, support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, and help develop personalized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• Completion of a 40-hour course is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress; ensure HIPAA compliance.
