Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT, you will provide behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, delivering ABA-based interventions and supporting daily living skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and valid.
• Driver's license required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA and data collection.
• Ability to communicate with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Support ADLs and maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
