Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a supportive team and competitive benefits.

You will implement ABA-based behavior management, assist in care plan development, document patient progress, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

RBT certification is required.
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
40-hour course completed and kept up to date.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
