Qualifications

• RBT certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on ADLs and maintain progress documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
