Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team and support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will implement behavior strategies, collect data, and help families create effective care plans under supervision.

You will work under supervision to develop and implement care plans, provide direct patient care, and ensure HIPAA compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Driver's License is required.
• 40-hour Course completed.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress; ensure HIPAA compliance.
