Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in clients' homes or clinic settings across Georgia, under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, delivering personalized sessions and tracking progress in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of various ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress in EMR.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
