Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy in children’s homes or clinic settings in Ludowici, GA. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to support skill development and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic.
• Use data-driven techniques to guide behaviour change.
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track progress in EMR and share updates with the BCBA.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
