Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Brunswick, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy one-on-one in clients' homes or in a clinic setting under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll help children build essential skills and gain independence through data-driven sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
