Centria Autism in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work in a team and learn under supervision.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Follow established protocols and document progress.
• Maintain safety and positivity in all interactions with children and families.
