Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while managing challenging behaviors in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Work under the guidance of a BCBA to support each child's needs.
