Job summary

Centria Autism in Frisco, TX is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and patient care. Comprehensive training is provided; volunteers and new grads are welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Ability to obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors during sessions.
• Maintain a patient, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
