Job summary

ABLE Kids Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy for children ages 2–6 in a clinical setting in Atlanta, GA. You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 therapy and supporting treatment plans while collaborating closely with families and the care team.

The role offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week, competitive hourly pay, and company-paid 40-hour training to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
• Reliable daily attendance and dependable transportation to the clinic.
• RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid 40‑hour course and exam.
• Commitment to compassion and enthusiasm for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting with a focus on behavior change, motor activities, group and individual tasks, daily living and communication skills.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs and document progress data.
• Support and guide parents under BCBA supervision and communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and participate in orientation and team collaboration.
