Job summary

ABLE Kids provides hands-on training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with therapy for children aged 2–6 delivered in a one-on-one setting. Training is provided if not yet certified, and rewards include a structured schedule and supportive team.

Expect a full-time role in Greer, SC, with a guaranteed 40-hour work week, competitive pay, and full benefits. RBT certification or willingness to train is required or provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus).
• CPR certification and background check required.
• RBT certification OR willingness to train and earn it with us (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6.
• Teach life skills such as potty training, self-help, play and social skills.
• Encourage communication and confidence in kids.
• Support families with compassion and positivity.
• Collect data and celebrate progress.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
