Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in homes and community settings. This role supports clients with autism, implementing skill-building programs and documenting progress.

Training is provided to help you obtain your RBT certification, with ongoing guidance from a supportive clinical team. We welcome those starting their ABA journey as well as current RBTs seeking flexible, part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
• We provide training and support to earn the certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
