Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism in home and community settings. Training to earn RBT certification is provided before you begin services, with ongoing support from an experienced clinical team.

Part-time opportunities are available, offering the chance to grow professionally within a supportive ABA practice and contribute to meaningful behavioral health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
• Training and support provided to earn the RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
