Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
• Patience compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician RBT certification before providing services
• We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families
