Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with children diagnosed with Autism in Hawaii School Districts. This role involves direct support and implementing behavior therapy techniques to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or desire to pursue certification.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students following service plans.
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams.
• Document interventions and progress.
• Collect behavior data as specified.
• Provide training and assistance to students.
