Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified or desire to pursue certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students in the classroom, following established service plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
• Document interventions and progress towards goals.

Skills

Experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities

Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Interpersonal skills

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
