Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawaii is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in 1:1 home and community settings. The role includes working under established ABA treatment plans and receiving BAYADA's training and supervision.

Candidates may hold an RBT credential or be pursuing it; BAYADA offers training, competitive pay at $30-$35 per hour, health insurance, PTO, scholarships, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
• RBT credential required or actively pursuing credential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and follow established treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Establish and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals in a timely manner.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.
• Review data and progress with supervisors to inform program improvements.
• Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients achieve identified goals.
• Provide transportation related to treatment plan activities where applicable.
• Support clients in developing interpersonal skills and community participation.
• Monitor health status and report any changes to the office.
