Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Training is provided to earn the RBT certification before starting services.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth through BCBA schooling partnerships. You will work with a supportive clinical team and have access to performance-based bonuses and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to earn RBT certification.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
