The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a part-time Behavior Therapist to work 1:1 with children aged 4–12, implementing BCBA-designed programs and collecting data. You will engage with families and teams to foster growth through play, movement, and positive reinforcement.

No prior experience is required as fully paid training for RBT certification is provided, with potential to advance into leadership roles within the centers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to travel to other clinics as needed.
• No prior experience required—the company provides training to earn RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 4–12 to build communication, social, and daily-living skills.
• Implement therapy programs designed by BCBA, collect data, and discuss progress with the team.
• Engage children through play, movement, and enthusiasm to promote growth.
• Collaborate with families to celebrate wins and address challenges.
