Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, part-time with growth potential as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA plans, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, annual raises, travel reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
