Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for growth within the ABA field.

Part-time positions are available, with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
