Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans created by a BCBA and help children develop learning and independence through positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
