Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers hands-on ABA training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You’ll implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and benefit options are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA/related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
