Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related fields is helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to meet essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
