Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in home settings, collect data on progress, and support skill development to improve quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.

Requirements:
