Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Highlands Ranch, CO. This full-time role offers daytime hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Start date is immediate, with rapid interview scheduling.

You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, following ABA therapy plans, collecting session data, and supporting learning through play. Growth paths include leadership roles and BCBA opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
