Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Castle Rock clinic. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting session data.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours with potential Saturdays based on patient needs. Pay is based on education and ABA experience, with pathways for advancement into leadership and BCBA tracks through our Everest Program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• You'll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
