Action Behavior Centers in Lone Tree, CO is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role features predictable daytime hours Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays depending on patient needs.

Starting immediately, you will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
