Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Broomfield, CO is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with optional Saturdays.

You’ll follow treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team. RBT certification is provided and growth paths into leadership and BCBA through Everest Program are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support nearby ABC clinic.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
