Action Behavior Centers in Portland, TX is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in a play-based ABA therapy setting. The position is full-time with daytime hours (8am–5pm) and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and support children through engaging activities. Growth opportunities include leadership paths and internal programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities
