Action Behavior Centers in Austin, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and foster learning through play and hands-on activities.

You’ll stay active during sessions, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Paid RBT certification and clear growth paths are offered with full-time hours.

Competenze

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
